Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for all products. However Returns for reason, including change of mind, personalization errors from customer input, or design preferences, are not accepted.
Return Window
You must initiate the return request within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
Email us at sricreativecards@gmail.com with the following details:
Order number
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Description of the issue
After our team reviews your request, we will send the return shipping address via email.
The customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us.
Return Fee
A flat processing fee ₹500 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
